WHO WE ARE

We are an athletic performance equipment company that creates unique and innovative devices and pieces helping athletes excel in athlete speed, footwork, and explosion.  This has taken over 20 years to get the device out to the public in a finished form.  Within those 20 years, there has been research, training, patenting, and testing to reach this point.

Just like the uniqueness of the pieces, we strive to give the athlete, coach, trainer, and team the ability to have a unique experience catered to their needs and wants with athletic achievement and success.

Starting out playing various sports in high school, I was led to Penn State University on a full scholarship to play football.  Having learned as an athlete, I continued to train as a graduate assistant strength coach for the football team.  Continuing with various businesses training athletes in strength, speed, agility, and explosion, I began to see my own vision of how to make an athlete better in all areas.

My methodology led me to the first device patented in 2007, the Speed Bands.  This is the first of a long journey where ten patented pieces will follow.  I'm excited for the future and seeing all of the pieces coming to fruition for all athletes to achieve success and reaching their goals.

WHY THE BANDS

Patent Label_edited_edited.png

The 'Speed Bands' were created and patented in 2007 to help athtetes with speed and explosion through focus on smaller stability muscles in the hips and lower extremities.  Specifically the muscles around the knee joint and the hip flexors for lift.  It's taken me almost 20 more years to refine and hone the device so that it has all the capabilities of the original with added benefits and adjustments.  What makes the bands unique is that they take out the glutes (strongest muscles in the hips) so that the athlete can train the smaller muscle groups for overall athletic success...only as strong as the weakest link.
